Yanmar has entered into an agreement to acquire ASV Holdings Inc., which designs and manufactures ASV skid steer and crawler skid steer loaders, attachments, accessories and parts.

Yanmar will also include an industrial center of more than 22, 000 m2, as well as a dealer network in the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

The transaction took place in the summer of 2019, however, at the moment, deliveries to Europe are at the stage of approval.

Thanks to the agreement, the Japanese company Yanmar, founded in 1912, will be able to expand the range of compact equipment.
